Nancy Frederick is excited to join the CLC team! She is a Lower Saucon resident and excited for this new yet familiar opportunity. Nancy has been a part of the early childhood field since 2005 in a variety of capacities. For the last 7 years, she has been the Director of The Learning Center, infants through school age students, located in Easton. She earned her BA in Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Millersville University. She completed her Program Specialist Certificate in English as a Second Language K -12 and received her Instructional II teaching certificate in 2014. She was recently accepted to the Statewide Early Childhood Advocacy Board with 29 other individuals around the state. Nancy is committed to the early childhood profession and the importance of getting to know every child and family by embracing their strengths and helping them to achieve their next goal in life. She remains committed to the earliest years in a child’s life because she knows the most impact and brain development occurs in those years. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys exploring outside, watching Philadelphia sports, reading, and enjoying family time. She has been married for 17 years to her husband, Mike. Together, they have two wonderful children, Owen (17) and Audrey (11) that have kept the family busy with sports and activities through the years. Nancy is thrilled to join the CLC team and she looks forward to getting to know the teachers, students, and families in the coming months!
