Our Sunday School brings fresh, joyful ways to explore timeless stories.  Sunday School takes place during worship. We begin all together in the sanctuary, and children are invited to head to Sunday School after the opening songs. To join in, all you have to do is come to church!

Offered each May for kids in grades 4–6, this class helps students explore the meaning of communion—beyond the wafers and grape juice.
This four-session course is a low-commitment, kid-friendly introduction for those beginning to make sense of their own faith. The best part? Their “final exam” is baking and serving communion together!

Our 2.5-year program for students in grades 6–8 is both the capstone of a young person’s Christian education and the starting point of their own spiritual journey.
This isn’t just a class—it’s an experience. Students grow in faith through kayak and hiking trips, hands-on service within the church and community, helping lead worship and Sunday School, and even decorating the church at Christmas.
One of the biggest highlights each year is our annual retreat to Bear Creek Camp in Wilkes-Barre, where parents and families are invited to join for the weekend. It’s a meaningful, memorable part of the Confirmation journey.

We celebrate community all year long with events from tree lightings and end-of-year cookouts to family hike days and plenty of seasonal fun.
